Some Scoring Functions of Intuitionistic Fuzzy Sets with Parameters and Their Application to Multiple Attribute Decision Making

چکیده

A novel intuitionistic fuzzy sets with parameters (IFSP) is introduced in this paper. Compared with conventional intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFS), IFSP can provide more choices when it is applied to multiple attribute decision making. By analyzing the degree of hesitancy, an intuitionistic fuzzy sets with double parameters (IFSDP) model is presented. And then this paper proposes some weighted scoring functions based on IFS and IFSP. Finally, a multiple attribute decision making example applied to city planning is given to demonstrate the application of IFSDP and its weighted scoring functions. The simulation results show that the weighted scoring function method based on IFSDP is more comprehensive and flexible than the traditional intuitionistic fuzzy sets method.
